This week I managed to get a few (rather startled) singers to say why they sing for health. It took a little persuasion - something to do with being camera shy - but we achieved some heartfelt comments. My lovely daughter, Jess, is home from university this week, so I forced her to give me a quick lesson in creating videos. Here's the result:
